Kilmacanogue Club Notes
Congratulations to the Junior A team who maintained their winning start to the season on Sunday.
The lads faced Valleymount at home and another pleasing showing saw them rack up a 3-10 to 2-5 victory. Keep it going lads is the message from everyone at the club.
The Junior B side wdue scheduled to kick off their campaign last Thursday evening but their proposed clash with Fergal Og was postponed. They must now wait until tomorrow night when they host Bray Emmets to get their season underway. That match has a 7.15pm throw in. These lads deserve our support too so please come along if you can.
The club has launched a new initiative and we need your help. The initiative, called ‘Trash to Treasure’ sees us collect as much scrap metal as possible and deliver it to the Bray Recycling Centre before Saturday, April 28. We will then turn that scrap into money to help fund the club. The club will also be offering a collection service so if you have any scrap that needs collecting please contact Peadar Smyth on 087-2841155 or Jason Doyle on 087-7906486.
Finally, the Garden County Development Draw tickets remain on sale. Pop into the Glencormac Inn to purchase one or contact Brian Morgan on 087-1221565.
