An Tochar GAA Sports Prediction Competition 2012

An Tóchar GAA Club in Roundwood is running a Sports Prediction Competition 2012 as a fundraiser starting with the first events on May 19th, The Heineken Cup Final & The Champions League Final and finishing on the 30th Sept with the Ladies All-Ireland Football Final & The Ryder Cup.

Participants can test their sports knowledge against a number of sports celebrities such as GAA stars Dick Clerkin, Alan Brogan, Nicky English, Conal Keaney & Sinead Aherne and Olympians Adam Nolan & Padraic Moran along with some others from the world of show business.

The are 6 prizes on offer totalling €1,100.

The key points of the competition are;

Entry fee – €10

Prize fund – 6 prizes totalling €1,100

Closing date – Wed 16th May

Online entry – Online payment facility available

Weekly league tables – Weekly league tables will be published on the club’s website, Facebook page & Twitter account (@antochargaa).

Celebrity players – Participants can test themselves against a number of celebrities that are taking part in the competition.

Mini Leagues – We can create a mini-league for any group of 10 or more. (e.g. Murphys Bar Mini League, Smiths Insurance Mini League)

Receipts – All participants will receive a copy of their entry back by email as a receipt of their entry.
