Avondale GAA Club Notes

Our family day will be held this coming Sunday (July 1st) in the sports complex, this year will see a new format with juvenile games starting at 1 and throughout the day along with stalls and novelty activities. Our senior hurlers were defeated in their first league game of the year against Bray Emmets, they now face Corbett Gaels on the 3rd. Our U-14 hurlers defeated Eire Og last week with both teams low on numbers this was a good game. The U-12 hurlers have won two games and being defeated twice in recent games, the most recent being a close defeat by Tinahely, this team has come forward alot in recent weeks and will progress more as the year goes on.
