Ashford & Glenealy GAA Clubs Lotto
There was no winner of this week’s Ashford and Glenealy GAA Clubs Lotto Jackpot worth €9,500 (26/03/2012), Numbers drawn were 13, 18, 19, 22. However 4 people matched 3 numbers and shared €300. Sympathy
Ashford GAA Club would like to express their deepest sympathy to the McHugh Family in Delgany and Eire Og GAA Club in Greystones on the death of Fergal; he will be sadly missed by his wife Ann, children Emma, Eoin, Lisa, Stephen and Claire. Colleagues in the Garda Siochana, his relatives and many friends. Following Mass in Greystones Church burial took place in Springfield Cemetery on Friday. May he rest in peace.
Ashford GAA Club would like to express their deepest sympathy to the Nolan Family in Blessington and Blessington GAA Club on the death of Pete their Club President. He will be sadly missed by his wife Nora, children Emma, Paul, Sinead and Peter, his relatives and many friends. Pete was one of the main stewards in Croke Park and gateman in Aughrim, he was also totally committed to the community in Blessington. Funeral Mass on Saturday followed by burial in Burgage Cemetery. May he rest in peace.

Referee Recruitment
Referees are urgently required by the Referees Administrator in Wicklow Eddie Leonard. So if you feel you can do better than others gone before you, please contact Eddie with your name and details. Referee’s are needed, we can’t play our games without referee’s so if you think you have what it takes why not give it a go.

Coaching & Games Development Conference.
Wicklow GAA Coaching and Games Development Conference will take place in Colaiste Chill Mhantain on Saturday 21st April from 9:00 to 3:15pm. Wicklow GAA have lined up a host of Key speakers including Pat McEnany National Referee, Tony Scullion Ulster GAA Coach, Paul Caffery Former Dublin Manager, Jason Ryan Wexford Football Manager, Liam Sheedy Former Tipperary Hurling Manager, Steven McDonnell Armagh Footballer, John Mullane Waterford Hurler, Bernard Jackman Former Irish Rugby International, Hugh Kenny Wicklow GAA games Manager. This course is aimed at all levels of coaching and team management. For further information please contact members of the Executive Committee.

Garden County Development Draw
Please support the Garden County Grand Development Draw and Ashford GAA Club by purchasing a ticket; you will bring much needed revenue to Ashford GAA Club. Tickets this year have been reduced from €60 down to €50 and the prize fund is €66,750. Three draws will take place on the 4th May, the 8th June and the 6th July. Each month the following prizes are on offer; 1st €10,000 Cash, 2nd €5,000 Cash, 3rd €2,500 Cash, 4th €1,500. 5th €1,000, 6th to 20th €150 each prize. Tickets are now available from Ann Marie Manning and her Fund Raising Team.
Ballinakill Centre of Excellence
Wicklow GAA invite the public to a viewing of the progress made at their Centre of Excellencein Ballinakill, Rathdrum on Monday 8th April from 12:00 to 2:00pm. You are also invited to tea and sandwiches in Jacobs Well, Rathdrum followed by the signing of contracts to build the Complex. This is an ideal opportunity to look into the future.
