The senior team drew with Ballymanus on Friday last in Askinagap. We would like to thank all those who travelled to support the team and it is great to see such numbers at an away game. The junior team will start their league campaign on the 19th of this month and so anyone who would like to take part really needs to put in the effort in training. Some players still have to pay their membership and insurance and only those who have fully paid will be allowed to play.
Congratulations to Crossbridge National School who have made it to the finals of the Cumann na mBunscoil and we wish them every success. The team has a backbone of Tinahely players many of whom were a part of our victorious under 12 team last year.
The club would like to extend our sympathy to the family of Mrs Christina O’Byrne who recently passed away.
