Wicklow finally learned how to deal with just 13 opponents when they disposed of an ill-disciplined Leitrim in Carrick on Shannon this afternoon. Playing conditions were perfect as both teams set out to win the vital two points on offer with little breeze to affect the game. A second half goal from half back Darren Hayden set the tone for the last 15 minutes as Wicklow pulled away from the home team.
